URBAN SELF PROTECTION

Regular group classes are held on Mondays, 7.30pm until 9.00pm, Unit 8, Signal Buildings, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot (Near Penn Inn roundabout)

We also run USP Combatives training on a Wednesday 7.30pm until 8.30pm at the same location, which concentrates on the fighting aspect of USP.

Group classes allow you to train with people of different shapes and sizes which is important as no two attackers in the street are the same.

USP does not accept dangerous students or those with egos. As such we have a friendly, welcoming environment, allowing you to enjoy your training.

You must be 18 years or older, although we accept 16 and 17 year olds with their parents permission.

Classes are £30 per month and include both the Monday USP class and the Wednesday USP Combatives training - less than £3 per hour. We also offer a discount for those serving in the armed forces and emergency services.
