INSTRUCTIONAL DVD'S

If you are not able to attend regular classes or just want to be able to polish your technique at home, we have recently produced 3 instructional DVD's, with another 3 coming early this year. The first 3 cover all physical techniques for Level's 1-3 in detail and are produced in an easy to learn format - i.e. a demonstration of the technique, then the coaching points, then a slow demonstration for you to immitate and then a chance for you to pause the DVD and drill the technique. £14.50 each including postage and packing.
